Solve with SudokuPad
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
There is ONE, and ONLY ONE blue region sum line, where box borders divide the line up into segments of equal sum. The line cannot intersect itself.
Digits in a quadruple circle must appear in the surrounding cells.
A black dot between cells indicates cell values with a 2:1 ratio. A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all dots are given.
Digits in a cage sum to the total in the top left. Digits do not repeat in a cage.
The grid is partially covered with fog. Correctly placed digits will clear the fog around that cell. No guessing is required.

15:12, that was fun! The first digits were easy, but I had to guess about the 3 in block 4. My hunch was right, but I couldn't really find a compelling conclusion.
