Normal sudoku rules do not apply. Fill the grid with the digits 1–4. Create five orthogonally connected regions of four cells each, all with different shapes under rotation or reflection (tetrominoes). Every row, column, and region must contain the digits 1–4. A digit may repeat in a row or column only if the copies are orthogonally adjacent, and adjacency wraps around the grid edges (e.g., R1C1 and R1C5 can be neighbors). In any outlined cage, the largest digit shows how many different regions are represented inside it. A digit in a white circle must appear in a surrounding cell.
