Arrow: Digits on an arrow must sum to the number in the circle/pill. Numbers are read from left to right.
Kropki: Black dots separate digits where one is double the other. All possible black dots are given.
Solution code: All digits along the arrow starting at r2c1 to the arrow's tip.

Nice little puzzle, though I needed a bit of scratch paper for the algebra. Took about 15 minutes, but probably would've taken much shorter if I'd remembered the second arrow existed.

Very nice puzzle. Took me back to my days studying Mathematics. Only took me about 5 minutes, but would be much harder without knowing Linear Algebra.

reasonable analysis produces a digit set:

B , 8
A = C + D , ~3
7 x 8 x 3 = 168 possibilities
nothing left to do but casing. ~1 min per : 3 h
level 1 < 30 min
level 2 < 1h
