Normal sudoku rules apply.
Borders-German Whispers(Thickest line): Along a green line, two adjacent digits must have a difference of at least 5.
Bavarian Alps-Renban(Thinnest line): Each magenta line contains a set of consecutive digits, in some order.
Rhine and Elbe Rivers-Region Sum(Middle thickness line): Blue lines are split into segments by box borders, and each segment of the same line must have the same sum.
North and Baltic Seas-Killer: The grid contains “cages” of any number of cells, indicated by dotted lines. Digits cannot repeat within a cage, and the digits within a cage must add up to the total given in that cage’s upper-left corner.
XV: An X separates two digits that add to 10.
Odd: A cell with a gray circle must contain an odd digit.

Nice one! I think I missed the plot because it took me quite a while.

@vitp I'm a noob and I saw the high/low distribution of whispers line immediately, and had my first 3 digits within 3 minutes. Did you forget about the 45? That in combination with the green and blue line makes the break-in rather obvious.
edit: Finished it drunk in just under an hour, so 2* is appropriate. Can't go wrong with German whispers.

if basic sudoku and standard procedures for the variants in use produce nothing beyond a couple pencil marks, then you can be certain it isn't level 2
