Different Bulbs

Adding a "different bulbs" rule to a thermo sudoku leads to some interesting, and not too difficult logic.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along each thermometer must increase starting from the square bulb end. Digits cannot repeat in the bulb cells.
- Two cells connected by a green German whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.

pretty easy ... if you ask the right questions. otherwise, it's impossible. the problem is, there are THREE DOORS. which one has the lady?
