Rules
Divide the grid into four orthogonally connected regions, each containing nine cells.
Fill the grid with the digits 1 to 9, so that no digit repeats in a row, column, or region.
A digit in a circle indicates the number of cells in the same region that are "seen" in all orthogonal directions, including itself. Region borders block sight.
The sum of the digits along a line is equal to the sum of the digits in the circles at each end of the line.
Orthogonally adjacent digits cannot sum to 10.
Solution code: Row 6

My stupid brain spent the first 5 minutes treating them as split pea lines. FYI it breaks real fast that way! Very nice puzzle after that though :)
