Place the digits 0-9, once each, into every row, column and 3x3 box.
To enable this, one cell in every row, column and 3x3 box is a “Schrödinger cell” that contains two center-marked digits. The value of these cells equates to the sum of those two digits.
Each purple line contains a set of consecutive values with no repeats.
Cells separated by white dots contain consecutive values. All white dots are given.
Numbered rooms: Clues outside of the grid indicate the value which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
Solution code: The sum of all 9 S-Cells.

Love the puzzle, the negative constraint made it very approachable and fast, thanks!

Very nice but quite tough, especially the negative constraint.

Very nice! The negative constraint made the scannning hard. Rewarding and fun solve. Thank you

So rare to see the "all-inclusive" kropki rule, really interesting interplay with the S-Cells.
