Barrow-downs

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Dynamic fog: The grid is covered in fog. Placing a correct digit will reveal the fog in that cell, and possibly in other cells. No guessing is required.
Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot have a ratio of 2:1, and digits separated by a white dot have a difference of 1.
Magic Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle. The digit in an arrow's circle is equal to the number of arrow circles containing that digit. Arrows with the same circle digit have the same digits comprising their sum. [For example, if there was a (6)-3-2-1 arrow, there would be six total arrows of the form (6)-3-2-1, though the shape and order of digits may change.]
Arrows never share cells, but may cross each other. Digits may repeat on arrows if allowed by other rules.
