Rules
• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• Yin Yang: colour the grid using two colours, such that all cells of the same colour are orthogonally connected, and no 2x2 area is fully one colour.
• X-sums: clues outside the grid give the sum of the first X digits in that row or column, where X is the first digit seen from the direction of the clue.
• Coloured X-sums: each X-sum clue only sees digits of one yin yang colour, while digits of the other colour are completely meaningless for that clue.
Which colour corresponds to each clue must be determined.
Note: you may place colours or labels outside the grid to assist your solve. Those won't interfere with the solution checker.
Rules example, with orange and blue as yin yang colours:
Have fun and keep flutchin'.
Yours, Dying Flutchman
Solution code: Row 6.
Enter 9 numbers, with each switch in yin yang colour indicated by a *.
E.g. the example row above would give: 36*291*5*874

Absolutely amazing! Not easy for me (I gave 4*), but I loved each single step along the path. I made one assumption: the two 14 clues have different colors - otherwise there’s no need for two of them. Thank you very much for creating and sharing this gorgeous puzzle.
|Many thanks for your kind words. Glad you had fun. DF
