The safe view

This my second puzzle. It's an easier version of my first Sudoku.
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- 159-Indexer: Digits in columns 1, 5, and 9 indicate the column in which the digit 1, 5 or 9 (respectively) appears in that row.
- Scyscrapersums: Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the visible digits in the direction of the arrow, where digits block the view for all lower digits behind them. (X stands for the same number)
- Uncertain clues: Exactly one of the Skyscraper-clues is incorrect. Additionally the first digit in the direction is equal to the corresponding row or column number (for the wrong clue). The green clues are definitely correct.
- Quadruple clues: A digit inside a white circle appears in at least one of the four cells surrounding that circle.
- Entropic line: Every three adjacent cells on the peach entropic line must contain one low (123), one middly (456) and one high digit (789).

Lovely little puzzle and a very satisfying solution code. I think you need to add the even digits rule, but I was familiar so figured it out. Fun new skyscraper rule set for me and the diagonal scraper is very interesting! A lot of the logic fails to carry through to that one!
