This was rated 4* difficulty when I started trying to solve it, and 2* by the time I went to enter the solution code. That brought my self satisfied arse back to earth with a bump. (I rated it a 3).

Fun restriction to do on paper but with online tools most of the difficulty comes from noting the 2 altered clues.
