Krꝏpki Dꝏts
Inspiration for this type comes from juggler.
Solve online in Sudokupad.
Apply classic sudoku rules.
Between some digits two circles are placed that act like a chain of kropki dots. You can imagine a virtual number between the dots that is not part of the solution and thus must not be written in the grid. The dots behave like normal kropki dots: a black dot separates two numbers of which one is twice the value of the other; a white dot separates two numbers that are consecutive.
Not all possible chains of kropki dots are given.
Example: 8●●2 is a valid combination for the chain 8●(4)●2
Example: 3●o5 is a valid combination for the chain 3●(6)o5.
Solution code: Column 7

Ooh, I really like this rule! I got a bit frustrated at first, because I had misread the rules and narrowed the scope of what the middle number in a chain could be.

A recent knapp daneben puzzle posted in the Discord testing channel featured the same special black dot ;) and made me aware of the extra possibility.

A silly mistake let me break the puzzle at the first attempt, but this wasn’t easy for me. Thank you very much for creating and sharing another beautiful episode featuring an interesting and funny constraint.

Really fun variant! The symbols are simple, but visually intuitive. Would love to see more puzzles with korpi chains!

Such a trippy concept for scanning but very interesting puzzle overall! It's actually so easy to miss some cases in here and I sort of put it at low 3/5 diff because of that mid solve, but I'm sure I could've done it better x)
[Also it should be noted that the order of the paired dots is important in here]

In case of questions, I won't be able to answer them until September 19th.
If you get stuck it might help to re-read the rules carefully.
