Standard Sudoku rules apply;
Kropki dots: cells separated by a black dot have values in a 1:2 ratio;
Knapp-daneben: for each black dot, treat exactly one cell as having a value exactly one more or one less than it's digit.
Solution code: Column 8, from top to bottom.

What happens if the cell participates in two or more dots? Its value is the same in both pairs or it could have one value in the first pair and different value in the second pair?
M- each dot is treated separately, a cell could be +1 for one dot while being -1 (or unmodified) for another dot.
