After several hours and numerous restarts I finally cracked it. Probably one of the hardest puzzles l’ve ever solved, but also one of the most satisfying, many thanks!!!

Tough but great fun. Thanks, @ Villse :).

Many thanks to the commenters who ignored the "all white dots are given" because their comments helped me realize that I had ALSO overlooked it!

When I saw the grid, I thought this was gonna be hard as hell, but honestly, I found this easier than I find most irregular-region puzzles. Definitely calls for using the letter tool imo. A beaut of a puzzle!

Very fun! I found it helpful to draw thicker region lines with the pen tool and turn on the dashed grid.

I've spent the past 5 days on this. I spent over 600 minutes on the first try. Learned a lot. 2nd and 3rd try learned some more. Then I re-read the rules.. SLOWLY.. WOW! (Shout out LordBidoof) What an awesome puzzle Villse!

I spent so much time on this puzzle without noticing that ALL dots are given

The very hardest of the series by a mile. Closer to 4 stars.

Beautiful puzzle! Really interesting how the negative constraint forces a lot of the coloring. Thank you

Very nice coloring puzzle, thank you!

The constraints work nicely together. Getting started is tricky, there are probably several possible choices. Puzzles with non linear solution paths are always interesting.

Maybe my solve was not the most efficient, but I would definitely rate it above 2 stars (3 or 4).

Only complaint is that irregular regions become hard to see with full coloring, thicker lines would have been better (I don't know if that's possible).
