Column Indexers: A digit in a red cell indexes its column number in its row. For example, if row 4/column 1 contains a 7, then row 4/column 7 contains a 1.
Row Indexers: A digit in a blue cell indexes its row number in its column. For example, if row 1/column 4 contains a 7, then row 7/column 4 contains a 1.

typically, indexing puzzles are automatically level 2. within that category, this one is hard enough to be bumped to at least level 3.
