Rules

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Any set of three adjacent cells along the peach entropic line must contain a low digit (123), a middle digit (456), and a high digit (789).
Digits on thermometers must strictly increase from bulb to tip.
Digits in cells separated by white dots must be consecutive. Not all dots are given.
