Eye of the Tiger
Rules:
1. Standard 9x9 Sudoku rules
2.Black Kropki: Cells separated by a black dot contain digits with a 1:2 ratio. No Knapp-Daneben rules apply.
3. XV (off-by-one): Cells separated by an X sum to either 9 or 11. Cells separated by a V sum to 4 or 6.
4. German Whisper: Adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5. No two digits break the minimum difference of 5.
5. White Kropki (off-by-one): Cells separated by a white dot have a difference of one more or one less than the value in the circle.
This is the first 9x9 that I have set. It was created for PAC, hosted by Agent, in the Skunksworks Discord server. I hope you enjoy it!

@Dingledork Knapp Daneben was the basis for the round of the competition this was created for. It refers to the "off-by-one" elements which have been applied to some constraints. So "No Knapp Daneben" was obviously intended to avoid assumptions that the black kropkis would also work that way.
