It's inspired by a music in Arcaea:
TAKIO feat. tug - Extradimensional Cosmic Phenomenon
Rules:
- Place digits 0-9 in each row and column without repetition.
- Each 2×2 box must contain digits 1–4 without repetition.
- Each 3×3 box must contain digits 1–9 without repetition.
- Numbers along an arrow must sum to the value in the circled cell.
- Cells with maximum constraint are greater than all adjacent cells without this constraint.
- Cells connected by a white dot must differ by 1.
- Cells connected by a black dot must have a ratio of 2.
- Every set of 3 consecutive cells along a dark green 3-modular line must contain a complete set of residues modulo 3 (i.e., one number each from the sets {0,3,6,9}, {1,4,7}, and {2,5,8}).
- For white dots, black dots, and 3-modular lines, The grid is toroidal: opposite edges are considered adjacent.
