Sudoku Variant 'BUT's

I am starting a variant 'BUT' series. The idea is to take two standard variants and combine them in a meaningful way. This week, we have
Arrows but thermos
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
On arrows, digits must sum to the number in the corresponding circle.
Moreover, digits must strictly increase along arrows from the tip of the arrow to the circle.
The white dot separates consecutive digits.
