Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits in a cage sum to the number in the top-left corner if given.
Digits in a cage can not be orthogonally adjacent with a consecutive digit. (includes digits within same cage)
Digits that are not within a cage must me consecutive with at least one orthogonally adjacent digit.
Cell connected by an black dot must be in a 1:2 ratio. not all black dots are necessary given.
