Where is the Bulb

Rules
- Normal Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 in each row, column, and 3x3 box.
- Arrow: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit placed in that arrow's circle.
- Slow Thermometer: Digits must not decrease along a thermometer (thick grey line) starting from the bulb. The only bulb is hidden beneath one of the arrow circles and its position should be deduced by the solver.
