Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply and all clues are standard.
Region Sum Lines: Blue lines are separated into segments by box borders. The sum of digits on each segment of a line are equal. Different lines may have different sums.
Quadruples: Digits marked in a circle must appear in one of its 4 surrounding cells at least once.
