Clippy's Adventure!

Clippy is back and this time needs your help to solve the puzzle! Here are the rules:
1. Normal Sudoku rules apply
2a. The Clippy line is a Dutch Whisper line. It would normally be ORANGE but is gray in this puzzle, and every grid square touched by the Clippy line counts
2b. On Dutch Whisper lines, all adjacent digits differ by at least 4
3. Digits across tetracolor squares are always the pair {9,7} and this is a NEGATIVE constraint (this is equivalent to a two-value cage of sum 16)
4. Digits across white Kropki dots are consecutive, and digits across black Kropki dots and Clippy's black eyes differ by a ratio of 1:2
5. Digits in a gray circle are odd

Actually a good puzzle, but the lack of link and the long code are a bit annoying.
Having said that, thanks for setting and hopefully we'll see more of your work

This appears to have two solutions, so I must be missing something. The negative constraint does not eliminate one of the solutions.

Good balance with that negative [9,7] constraint - it helped without completely giving away the whole puzzle.

There is no puzzle on the German page. No link, no puzzle, no image.
ALL GERMAN PLAYERS have to switch language to solve this one.
But besides this: nice puzzle. Thx for posting.
