The Sum along each line and in each cage is 15. Normal Killer Sudoku rules apply: numbers do not repeat in a cage.
Numbers also do not repeat along a line.

Same wrong assumption. Added another cage.

Additional line and cage. Updated link.
Comments were right, I have made an assumption while solving which was not correct.

There are definitely multiple solutions without the anti-diagnal constraint.

I also was unable to find a unique solution until I saw the talk about the diagonals. I have double checked and there are definitely multiple solutions without some other constraint not mentioned

Link with solution posted.
Comment: The diagonal constraint is not necessary if you look at high (6789) and low numbers. The top three boxes also contain a clue. The solution to R1C1 is also unique.

After getting stuck I saw SKORP's comment that there is supposed to be an anti-diagonals (main positive & negative) constraint, and with that information, this became solvable.
Without that rule, it lacks a unique solution.

es fehlt die Bedingung, dass die beiden Hauptdiagonalen keine doppelten Ziffern enthalten dürfen
