Triple Arrow Ring

Hello everyone! This next puzzle in the ring cycle is a triple arrow ring. I created such a difficult puzzle that I could not find the logical path without extreme bifurcation. After adding some given digits, the puzzle is now probably a 2-star difficulty, and has a logical flow.
