Black Kropki – Digits between a black dot are 2 digits where one is double the other.
All black dots are given.
White Kropki – Digits between a white dot are consecutive.
Not all white dots are given.

Nice puzzle but I suggest removing the negative constraint "all black dots are given", not because it is redundant, but because it seems it adds nothing to the puzzle from a solver's viewpoint. The stipulation will be more elegant, more attractive (and more economical).
