Every three digits on the teal Modular Ring must contain one digit from each modular set (147, 258, 369).
Digits on a thermometer increase from the bulb to the tip.
Solution code: Column 9 top to bottom.

Gorgeous final resolution. I used 5 colours it was very trippy by the end!

This was way more fun than I thought midway through the puzzle.
I was sure the differentiation between the colors would eventually just become obvious once the coloring was done, but the puzzle had another trick up its sleeve.
