Out for the Count (Lockout Lines Quad)

Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
Lockout Lines: Digits on blue lines cannot be between or equal to digits in the diamonds at ends of the line. Digits in endpoint diamonds must differ by at least 4. A diamond terminates a line segment.
Quadruples: Digits in white circles must be present at least once in the cells the clue touches.
Can be solved online at Sudokupad
Solution code: Row 6 (left to right), 9 digits, no spaces.

Very nice! Fun to see a Lockout puzzle again after so long, and the solve was quite clean.
