Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply, i.e. fill the grid with the digits 1-9 so there are no repeats in any row, column or box.
Tentropy Lines: Every set of four sequential digits on a peach line must contain one each from {19}, {28}, {37}, and {46}. A 5 may not appear on a tentropy line. Digits on a line may repeat if allowed by other rules.
Rellik Cages: All cages are Rellik Cages. Digits do not repeat in such a cage, and NO COMBINATION of digits in a cage may sum to the indicated total.
Example: A Rellik Cage with given value 6 may not contain (1,2,3), (1,5), (2,4) or a 6.
Here you can solve the puzzle online:
Solution code: Row 6 from left to right (9 digits in total)

The 11 cage in box one was surprising.
I figured it out logically, but still wrote a program to check. Fun puzzle - Thanks!

A beautiful puzzle, neatly interacting the tentropy particularly with the rellik 10-cages.
