Slow Thermos
Inspiration for this type comes from Aspartagcus.
Solve online in Sudokupad.
Apply classic sudoku rules.
Digits along a slow thermometer must either stay the same or increase from the bulb to the tip.

Very pretty! A couple of times, I got so caught up in the "slow" part that I stalled while missing some progress I could've made in the regular thermo parts!
