Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
All lines, except one impostor, are both "region sum lines" and "modular lines". The impostor line (to be determined) is neither of those but is a "renban line".
Region sum lines: box borders divide those lines into segments with the same sum.
Modular lines: any three adjacent digits along those lines have different residues modulo 3 (i.e. one digit from {1,4,7}, one from {2,5,8}, and one from {3,6,9}).
Renban line: along this line, digits form a consecutive sequence in any order.

Lovely puzzle, though not as difficult as I would have expected. Narrowing down the candidates for the naughty line was just a formality at the beginning of the solve.
