Rules:
Normal Sudoku Rules Apply: Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and box once each.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow’s circle.
Palindrome Lines: Gray lines are palindromes and read the same forwards and backwards.
Solution code: Column 9 from top to bottom
