Terrace (Dutch Flatmates + 159 sudoku)

- Sudoku: Each row, column, and region indicated by thick borders in the grid must contain the digits 1 to 9 once each.
- Even: The cell with the gray square is even.
- Dutch Flatmates: Every 5 must have a 1 directly above it or a 9 directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
- 159: Digits in column 1 indicate the column in which the digit 1 appears in that row (e.g. if r4c1 is a 6, r4c6 is a 1). The same is true of column 5 and the digit 5, and column 9 and the digit 9.
- XV pairs: An X between two cells means that the digits in those cells must add up to 10. Not all possible X clues are necessarily given.

The 159 constraint is pretty dry, but it becomes more interesting and more important when paired with the Dutch flatmates constraint that needs 159 anyway.

Beautiful construction, I don't tango with many 159 puzzles but the interactions with Dutch flat mates was interesting! Thanks for setting, a satisfying solve.
