RULES
Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply; place the digits 1-9 once in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
German Whisper Loop Construction: Construct a loop of orthogonally connected cells that is a valid German Whisper line and visits every 3x3 box at least once. The loop does not touch itself in any way.
Skyscraper Arrow: Each number on the loop is considered a building of corresponding height that blocks sight of all buildings of the same or lower height, and a cell with one or more arrows counts the total number of buildings seen in all indicated direction(s). Arrow cells cannot be on the loop.
