Standard sudoku rules apply: each row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all the digits from 1 to 9.
10-Mates: a cell with an arrow contains a digit (N) which gives the distance to a cell containing its complement (10-N), in the direction of the arrow. e.g. a 3 with an arrow will point to a 7, three spaces away, in the direction of the arrow.
Solution code: Enter row 7.
