Choose 3 colours: it doesn't matter which (you could also use symbols instead of colours). Fill each cell with one of the three colours.
In each row, column, and 3x3 box, the distribution of the three colours must always be 1-3-5, in some order: that is, one of the colours appears once, one three times, and one five times. (The same colour can occur a different number of times in different rows/columns/boxes)
Cells connected by a gray line have the same colour.
Numbers tell how many times that cell's colour appears in that row, column and box, in some order. So for example a clue 1-1-1 means that no cell within its row, column or box has the same colour. All possible 1-1-1, 1-3-5 and 5-5-5 clues have been given.
Solution code: In the 2nd, 5th and 8th rows, for each cell from left to right, give the number of times that cell's colour appears in that row. (27 digits)
