This puzzle was made for Scojo's weekly prompt. The prompt was to use Global Entropy and Split Pea Lines. I hope you enjoy!

Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.

Global Entropy: Each 2x2 area in the grid must contain at least one digit from each of the three entropic sets of {1,2,3}, {4,5,6}, and {7,8,9}.

Quadruples: Digits marked in a circle must appear in one of its 4 surrounding cells.

Split Pea Lines: The sum of digits in cells connecting two circles is equal to a concatenation of the digits in those circles, in some order. For instance, 3-346-1 could be a valid line, as 3+4+6=13=1 concatenated with 3.

If a line is only connected to a single circle, that digit will serve as both the 'tens' and 'units' digits. For instance, a line that connects to a single circle containing a 1 must sum to 11.

Solution code: Column 5 from top to bottom. (9 digits)

Very elegant design and some lovely challenging but not too scary deductions.

global entropy alone makes it level 2.
split pea lines alone make it level 2.

add to that the fact that there is literally nothing to "bite on", and it's level 3, maybe level 4.
