• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Dynamic fog: solving a cell may clear fog from other cells.
• A gold cell contains its position within its row, column or box (in normal reading order).
For example if cell R6C1 is gold then it is either 1 (position in row), 6 (position in column) or 7 (position in box).
• All possible gold cells are given.
For example if cell R4C6 is white then it is NOT 6 (position in row), 4 (position in column) or 3 (position in box).
Solution code: row five

Such a fun puzzle, absolutely loved it, 92% at the time of solving is criminally low in my opinion. I used the ring in my solve, want to try again without it!

Hunting for Y wings while forgetting the negative constraint—when will I learn? Nice puzzle :)

Loved the puzzle. you don't need the ring. it is a little bit quicker if you know it, but it is not necessary.

Loved the puzzle. Slow start for me, because I misread the rules, thought it was box number, not position in box. So my puzzle was broken until I re-read the rules. Then it was fun, but still required effort to solve.

Very nice indeed. The ring is an advanced solving technique in my eyes, so I would rate it 2*.

Veey nice but challenging at times - 22 minutes.

1* if you know about the ring. Maybe impossible if you don’t?

The most exciting two colour Derby. And the winner is Logic Masters Germany. Thanks to setter for this pursuit of excellence.

Very nice use of the ring and some clever deductions.
Great puzzle, thanks.

Excellent puzzle, really elegant. There is one particularly clever step that I enjoyed. Don't forget that negative constraint!

I really liked and enjoyed it. The beginning to middle was quite easy if you know some sudoku "specialties". The endgame was challenging and really wore me out.

This is one of the most beautiful and miraculous puzzles I have ever solved! Very approachable. Thank you
