This is my response to Scojo's setting prompt this week, for which the wheel spun Global Entropy and Split Peas. Hopefully the title passes the "silly pea pun" test. Many thanks to The Book Wyrm for a very prompt test solve!

Digits may not repeat in a row or column.

Every 2x2 square in the grid must contain one each from the following sets:
• {1,2,3};
• {4,5,6};
• {7,8,9};
• Empty cell.

The sum of the values of cells on green lines connecting two circles is equal to a concatenation of the up to two values in the circles, in some order (e.g. 3_346_1 is valid, as 3+4+6=13).

For clarification, if a circle contains no digit, then that line's other circle must contain a single digit, which is the sum of the digits on the line.

Solution code: Digits in row 6 (bottom) left to right, ignoring empty cells

Very creative. I love how you take a fun concept like global entropy and raise it to the next level. Thanks for setting and keep these fun ideas flowing.

That was weird but in a very good way. Started coloring, made a deduction I couldn't incorporate in my coloring and got stuck. But once I removed the colors and started again with the deduction I did before it suddenly all came together.

Cute and funny resolution at the end :)

Cool idea and super fun to solve!

It's somehow both simpler and trickier than you think. I don't know how you managed that.

Confused myself by using 0 as a placeholder for empty cells and forgetting I couldn't have sums like 20 for a while, but a fun puzzle once my own stupidity got out of the way.

Remarkably approachable for something that seems so weird and underclued at first. Really slick.

Seems impossibly underclued with how many digits you have to work with but it all wraps up so tidily and beautifully. Wonderful idea and execution!
