Place the digits 1-5 in every row, column, and marked region. (Regions are marked with a thick black line, which should be visible on the edge of fog cells, but not deep under the fog.)

Limitations: Digits do not repeat on an arrow/circle or in any cage (rules 1-2 below).

1. Digits on an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle.

2. Digits in a cage sum to the number given.

The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits may clear fog somewhere in the grid, revealing clues or region boundaries.
