Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- There is one row indexer and one column indexer in each row, column and box. A digit N in a row indexer indicates the position of the column indexer in it's column. A digit N in a column indexer indicates the position of the row indexer in it's row.
- Value of an indexer cell is the digit in the cell it's indexing.
- Box borders divide blue region sum lines into segments, where values on each segment sum to the same number. Different lines may have different value sums.
