Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Cut the Rope: Every row, column and box have exactly one scissors cell. 9 scissors cells contain 1~9 once each. If there is at least a scissors cell on the line between 2 knots (aqua circles), then the section between the 2 knots (not including the knots themselves) will be invalid. (ie. not regarded as a section of a valid line when it comes to line logic.) All sections without any scissors cell are valid. No scissors cell can appear at a knot.
Region Sum Line (Aqua, #00FFFF): After being cut by scissors cells, the rest valid part of the aqua line act as one or multiple region sum lines. (Box/region borders divide an aqua line into segments which have the same sum) Any region sum line cannot branch or be entirely in a single box. If there are multiple region sum lines, different lines may have different sums.
Example: (The red-circled cells are scissors cells. Not necessarily solvable)
Solution code: The 9 digits in scissors cells from top row to bottom row. (For the example it's 3214)

The scissors ruleset is original and enjoyable, thank you! The puzzle got harder (for me) towards the end, I would say it starts at 3 stars difficulty and ends at 4 stars.
Maybe the rules should specify that region sum lines may self intersect / intersect each other.
