Ninja Master: Mission Two
(Published on 6. July 2025, 13:25 by morrisjb)
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 through 9, such that every digit appears exactly once in each row, column, and box.
- Infiltrate: Draw a path from the Ninja in R1C9 to the Computer in R9C1. The path may not contain any prime numbers (2,3,5,7 are prime and 1 is not). The path may move orthogonally or diagonally and may touch itself but may not cross.
- Segments: Box boarders divide the path into segments. Each segment is either a Renban, German Whisper, or an Entropic line. Which must be determine. Neighboring segments along the path must be different. A box may contain more than one segment but they may not be of the same type. Each entropic segment must be at least 3 cells long. All other segments must be at least 2 cells long.
Along the path any two cells that connect a pair of neighboring segments may not sum to a prime number (the last cell of one segment and the first cell of the next, or vice versa, may not sum to a prime number).
- Keys: The path must visit all keys in the grid.
- Alarms: The path may not enter a cell that is next to a red alarm.
- Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot have a 1 to 2 ratio (one is double the other). Digits separated by a white dot are sequential.
- German Whisper segments: Neighboring digits on a German Whisper segment must have a difference of at least 5.
- Renban segments: Digits on a renban segment form a consecutive set of digits in any order.
- Entropic segments: Every set of 3 neighboring cells on an entropic segment contain a digit from each of the sets low (123), medium (456), and high (789). Entropic segments must be at least 3 cells long.
