• Normal Windoku rules apply (place the digits 1 to 9 without repetition in every row, column, box and cage).
• A gold cell contains its position within its row, column, box or cage (if applicable). Position is read from left to right, top to bottom.
• All gold cells are given.
For example the gold cell R4C8 is either 8 (position in row), 4 (position in column), 2 (position in box) or 9 (position in cage),
and the white cell R3C1 is NOT 1 (position in row), 3 (position in column) or 7 (position in box).
Solution code: row three

Nice, pretty straightforward once you set up the initial pencilmarks. The windoku addition was neat, had to keep it in mind while scanning through numbers!

Cool puzzle! It was just short of overwhelming partway through (i.e. I thought I was going to have to fill in excess pencil marks), until I found the key clues. Thanks for a good challenge!
