Dots: White dots separate consecutive digits. Black dots separate digits in a 1:2 ratio.

i swear, evidence is piling up that a significant number of people here are evaluating these puzzles with RANDOM numbers.
a) difficulty: easy for experts, challenging but doable for beginners. level 2, that's fine.
b) quality: a good, solid puzzle with zero defects. bonus: it's a recognizable picture. deserves a 90%+ rating, didn't get it. why? no reason.
main logic: A+B+C = A+B+B
