Rules
- Place digits from 0-9 in the grid without repeats in any row, column or box.
- In each 2x2 region 3 digits are of one parity and 1 digit is of the other. 0 will be considered as even.
- A cell with arrows counts the total number of digits of the same parity as it's own digit (not counting itself) in the directions indicated by the arrows.
- All cage totals share the same remainder when divided by 3.

Had some fun bifurcating this, and some nice logic in the later parts.
