Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Some cells in the grid contain a given digit, and these have all been circled. A circled given digit indicates how many times that digit appears as a circled given digit in the grid.
Unfortunately, most of these given digits are obscured by fog. Entering a correct digit will clear the fog in that cell, and maybe other cells too. No guessing is necessary.
If a black dot connects two digits, then one is double the other.
The two digit number to be discovered in the blue frame (reading left to right) will indicate the total number of circled given digits that exist in the grid.
Solution code: Row 3 from left to right

Absolutely impeccable logic, the interactions between the outer “ring” and the fog was so original.

Very fun idea and executed well with some sprinkles of Marty sillyness.

I think dynamic fog might be the most overpowered mechanic for making sudoku, and Marty has used it excellently here.

This delightful creation has to be up there with your very best dynamic fog puzzles, Marty.
A joy to solve from start to finish.

Whew! That was hard, but oh so beautiful.
Been stuck on this for a long time (missed an easy 9). Gave it one more try before watching Simon's solve, and eventually got it.

A surprising twist on Counting Circles! I couldn’t resist to smile when putting in the last digit under the fog. Amazing! Thank you so much for creating and sharing another piece of your beautiful puzzle-art.

Awesome puzzle, I loved how it flowed and how it makes you constantly switch between counting sums and regular sudoku logic.
