Normal sudoku rules apply.
Standard Arrow Rules: Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow’s circle.
Coordinate Arrow Rules: Digits on an arrow spell out the coordinates for the digit that is their sum (aka the digit in the bulb of the arrow). For example, an arrow with a 6 in its bulb, a 4 in the middle, and a 2 on its tip, places a 6 in r4c2. Different coordinate arrows may reference the same digit.

Took me a little while to figure out how to start, and a bit longer to really understand the implications of the rule. Lots of fun, though, and I'm really surprised it's even possible to have so many coordinate arrows like this!
