Just another region sum with halvers sudoku

- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Halvers: One cell in every row, column, and box is a halver. The value of a halver is half the digit it contains. Each halver contains a different digit. The value of a non-halver is its digit.
- Region sum lines: each blue line is divided by box borders into segments with the same sum of values along each segment.
