Sharks in the Water (German Whisper, Region Sum)

This is an old puzzle that I just got convinced to post here. The move JAWS is celebrating it's 50th anniversary this week and the puzzle is also almost 500 days old, so we are marking the occasion.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Lines are both German Whisper and Region Sum lines.
GERMAN WHISPER: Adjacent digits on lines must differ by 5 or more.
REGION SUM: Box borders separate lines into segments with the same sum.
The circle has no bearing on the solution.

I had some fun with this. I think i might have solved it backwards in a way. It took me a while to really grasp the double constraint
